About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Security Agent...
In this role, you will:
- Participate in a range of investigative, security consulting, and risk based security services to prevent or mitigate criminal acts involving company assets, teams, or customers
- Identify opportunity for process improvements within scope of responsibilities
- Review and analyze security business or technical challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to lowtomedium security risk deliverables
- Provide training to lines of business on appropriate security and risk strategies
- Present recommendations for resolving security situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Responsible for Site Emergency Management of the location and lead all the site level emergencies and provide inputs to senior management / Crisis management teams.

- Should have minimum 0608 years of relevant security industry or corporate experience; Should have demonstrated capability in managing core security operations.
- High Integrity, ability to deal with ambiguous situations/environment, emotional stability; Self driven; Clear & effective communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post graduate degree, preferably in topics relevant to Security Management; higher degree would be well regarded. Industry Certifications such as CPP, PSP (ASIS International) and CFE (Assn. Certified Fraud Examiners) are desirable.
