Key Result Areas

Debtors

  • Ensure daily remittance of store cash and card collection.
  • Ensure that there is no deviation.

Maintain a Good relationship with external customers.

  • Ensure that there are regular meetings and reconciliation with Malls, Landlords and franchisees for reconciliation.
  • Ensure that there is prompt resolution for any issues with any external customer related to payments, salary debit, CC charges etc.

Maintain a Good relationship with Internal customers

  • Liaise with other departments, store staff, and ensure timely reimbursement of employees claims

New Store Opening & Store closure

  • Ensure Installation of EDC & Cash Pickup, Imprest allotment etc.
  • Ensure smooth store closure process, timely reconciliation, full & final settlement, NDC to avoid dead rent etc.

Market Visits

  • Ensure timely store visits to check SOP & processes at the stores.
  • Ensure timely mall, Landlord & franchisee visits for reconciliation, solving issues and maintain good relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Of Commerce


Minimum Experience Level:

6-10 Years

Assistant Manager
