About the Role
As a talent partner for this hybrid role based in Mumbai you will be a key member of our Global team driving all tactical & operational talent activities locally across Mumbai with a scope to expand nationally.
Whilst the main objective is to play a key part in attraction of the best talent for Planit, the Talent Partner would also participate in TA-related projects to ensure that we fulfil the peripheral composition in what's required to successfully attract and retain talent within our business.
What will you be doing?
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and function leaders to deeply understand their team dynamics, goals, and unique hiring requirements
- Facilitate implementation on strategic recruiting activities, continuous process improvements in collaboration with Talent Leads
- Interpret market trends with a data first approach and coach business leaders on best practice hiring decisions
- Provide strategic insights and thought leadership to the business based on market intelligence, talent demographics, competitor practises and emerging recruitment trends
- Collaborate with the global talent team to design and implement creative and effective recruitment strategies that align with Planit's growth objectives
Skillsets we're after
- Extensive experience with endtoend recruitment from sourcing, attracting and retaining top talent within IT services or product entities
- Super skills in proactive sourcing and interviewing you know how to use recruitment systems to spot true talent
- Ability to build trusting relationships to coach and guide our hiring managers through best practice recruitment processes
- A creative mind to devise sourcing strategies that attract the best of the best across our hiring hubs.
- A continuous improvement mindset always finding new ways to make us more efficient and effective.
- Exposure to various TArelated projects, a strong appetite and a belief in operational & strategic recruitment approaches
- An ability to work under pressure in an environment that's accustomed to change while managing multiple parallel workloads.
