Description
Able to make accurate bookings for customers.

  • Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to the passengers.
  • Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.
  • Help passengers to plan for their trips.
  • Help to make and confirm reservations.
  • Provide good customer service.
  • Rebook tickets and other arrangements.
  • Scheduling flights based on customer needs and available flights, including checking weather conditions and making changes as needed
  • Communicating with customers to answer questions about tickets, pricing, or flight schedules
  • Collecting payment from customers for airline tickets, including cash, credit card transactions, checks, or money orders
  • Entering customer information into a computer system to issue tickets or update records
  • Ticketing agent jobs that involves processing electronic ticketing requests for customers or agents over the phone
  • Explaining airport rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights
  • Processing refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors
  • Explaining applicable fees and taxes for each ticket
  • Processing boarding passes and checking identification of passengers prior to allowing them to enter the airport terminal
  • Understand clients travel requirements and propose appropriate itineraries at competitive prices
  • Ensure all travel documentations, including quotations, ticket issuance and billings are processed accurately
  • To build and sustain excellent working relationships with clients through outstanding customer service and support

Criteria:

Should be a
Graduate in any background

Having
1-2 years of
client handling work experience will be preferred

Should have excellent communication skills


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Pay:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month

  • Guwahati, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
