    Description


    We are looking for FIRST ATTEMPT Chartered Accountants for specific requirements with our client in the following roles in the Finance function.


    • AM/ Manager designation to be offered.

    REQUISITES :

    • CA 1st attempt
    • FEMALE Candidates only invited for applications.
    • Exp with auto, manufacturing, Big 4 preferred

    ROLE :

    REQUIREMENT :
    1.


    Indirect Taxation :



    • Investor Correspondence
    • Handling Investor related legal cases
    • Superannuation/Gratuity related work
    • Board Meeting related work
    • Dividend Payment related work
    • Statutory Filing and compliances; MCA, SE's etc.
    2.


    Costing :
     Costing, FAME, Auto PLI, Incentives : All experience mandatory

    Essential : Engg - Mechanical or Elect/Electronics Engineering + MBA/ICWA

    • BOM & Cost management for EV Vehicles
    • Material Cost Release & Analysis.
    • Central & State Incentive management (FAME, Auto PLI etc) for Electrical vehicles
    • CAPEX monitoring

    Accounts Finalisation:
    NBFC+ RBI regulations experience mandatory

    • Annual account finalization in accordance with RBI guidelines
    • Prepare books and update in periodic reviews
    • Maintenance of all Finance & Account related activities
    • Alignment with risk team / RBI guidance
    4.

    ESG & Risk Management     :
    CA or MBA with exp in sustainability / ESG domain

    Technical/Functional skills:
    Proficient with sustainability reporting standards (such as GRI, TCFD, SASB, IR, WEF-IBC) and ESG rating methodologies, indices, and agencies (such as S&P, MSCI, Refinitiv, CDP, Sustainalytics)

    • Support in driving the sustainability and ESG agenda, objectives, goals, and programmes by coordinating with different business units
    • Work on the ESG Dashboard and the comprehensive ESG reporting framework and deliver on sustainability report annually in line with Indian/ global standards
    • Provide technical expertise/ guidance on key issues related to environmental and social impact assessment and on sustainability risks in the design, preparation, implementation and supervision of operations
    • Monitor and assess risks captured in the risk register to enable the identification of top risks, potential new risks or emerging risks
    5.


    Internal Audit :



    • Carryout audits assigned as per the approved audit plan in an effective, efficient and timebound manner.
    • Evaluate risks and controls, identify control gaps and inadequacies in processes
    • Identify opportunities of revenue enhancement and cost optimisation
    • Ensure comprehensiveness in audit coverage
