Into Wellness is the first and only International Fitness equipment brand to have a full-fledged Manufacturing factory in Pune Chakan India.

We produce more than 300 fitness products and have a pan-India sales & distribution network.

Our Factory is situated at Chakan and has all the manufacturing processes such as Tube & Plate Laser Cutting, CNC Pipe Bending, Shot Blasting, Powder Coating, Fabrication, Welding & Final Assembly.

Qualification:
UG students from a certified college.

Roles and responsibilities:

Oversees the manufacturing of products, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are constantly met.
Reviews production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals and standards are met.
Analyse shipping and delivery data to find bottlenecks and other issues.
Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
Monitor changing market conditions and adjust strategies.
Coordinate with the sales department for sequencing of orders, change management, and committing to the dispatch schedule.
Create the supply chain SOP for Into Wellness.
Implementation of lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency, product costing, and full optimization of 4M's.
Collaborate with supervision to contribute to employee safety, communications, and foundry management.
Develop supply chain operations employee onboarding process/tools and partner with the raw material planning team and identify slow-moving inventory.
Partner with the scheduling team on identifying scrap and looking for solutions to reduce waste.
Update Tally ERP master data to reflect updated supplier lead times and safety stocks, Assist logistics team on electronic Kanban roll-out to manufacturing and labs.
