    Description

    As a Railway Tender Specialist, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the tender process for railway projects. This includes analyzing tender documents, preparing proposals, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Tender Analysis: Reviewing tender documents to understand project requirements, deliverables, and evaluation criteria.
    • Tender Preparation: Compiling necessary documentation, coordinating with internal teams for information, and writing proposals that meet all requirements.
    • Cost Estimation: Estimating project costs, considering materials, labor, and overheads, and collaborating with the finance team for accurate pricing.
    • Compliance and Regulation: Ensuring tender submissions adhere to regulations and industry standards, staying updated with changes.
    • Quality Assurance: Reviewing documents and proposals for accuracy and completeness, implementing quality assurance processes.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or Business Administration.
    • Previous experience in tender management, preferably in railways or transportation.
    • Proficiency in tendering processes, regulations, and best practices.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
