Job Title:
Junior Executive - Accounts Receivables

Reporting to:
Manager - Accounts Receivables

The plan is to aggressively (yet astutely) scale out a portfolio of international brands in Pan India and the role of the Junior
Executive - Accounts Receivables is crucial to this.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Preparing and recording B2C and B2B sales invoices and following up on payments.
  • Posting bank receipts in the accounting system.
  • Reconciling offline, online, and E-Commerce sales with bank statements on a daily basis.
  • Inspecting and resolving any irregularities or inquiries related to bank and receivable reconciliations.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete records of all salesrelated entries and submitting all required sales reports accurately and promptly.
  • Assisting with monthend closing, cash and stock audits, and preparation of documents for statutory filings (income tax, indirect tax, etc)

Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with 1 2 years of experience.
  • Proficient in Tally, MS office, and Excel tools.
  • Strong prioritization, multitasking, and problemsolving abilities are required.
  • Good communication skills.

Salary:
₹180, ₹240,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
