Workday HCM

Workday Benefits

Workday Payroll

Workday Recruiting

Workday Time Tracking

Workday Performance Management

  • Led end to end implementations for Large and Medium Enterprises
  • Platform: IBM Mainframes (OS 390), UNIX
  • Languages: Easytrieve, JCL, COBOL II
  • Database: DB2, IMS, SQL Server 2005, Teradata, Informix
  • Ability to communicate with business in functional terms and guide them on the most effective and best designs to fulfil business needs.
  • Business Process Configuration across all modules e.g. Change Job, Hire, Termination, Job Requisition, Manage Goals, Start Performance Review, Request Reference Letter, Onboarding, Move Workers, Change Org Assignments etc.
  • Advanced Reporting/Dashboards.
  • BIRT Reporting.
  • Security Framework as per business requirements.
