    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

    ● Identifying opportunities for new business development through follow-up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

    ● Planning approaches and pitches. Working with the team to develop proposals according to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

    ● New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

    ● Knowledge about influencer marketing will be an add-on.

    ● LinkedIn Sales navigator.

    ● Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

    ● Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

    ● Meeting and exceeding monthly activity and revenue targets.

    ● Follow up on prospective clients/lead database updates.

    ● Make cold calls, emails & connections for new business leads.

    ● Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.

    ● Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of proposals, etc.

    ● Ability to understand technical systems and expert in closing deals.

    Qualifications/ Skill set:

    ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing.

    ● 2+years' prior industry related business development experience.

    ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    ● Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

    ● Focused and goal-oriented.

    ● Should have good knowledge of PowerPoint & Ms-Excel
