We are looking for the ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE at GOLDENBEE GLOBAL SCHOOL.[ majorly looking for those who done internship from CA Firm]

Salary:

25,00030,000/Monthly

Bannerghatta, Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

a)
Book Keeping in accounting software on daily basis (Such as Sale, Purchase, Cash Payment, Cash Receipt, Bank Payment, Bank Receipt, Debit Note, Credit Note, PO, SO etc.)

c)
TDS: Monthly reconciliations Calculation & Review of TDS, Monthly TDS payments, Quarterly TDS returns filing with GSTR 2A 2B reconciliations.

d)
Management of Accounts Payable - Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc., preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports, supervise reconciliation of vendor accounts and their balances, updating payment Trackers, Weekly payments updating, Payroll verification, Petty cash maintenance and verification.

Management of Accounts Receivable - Monitoring accounts to identify the overdue payment, keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity, taking actions to encourage timely debt payments, reporting on collection activity and accounts receivable status

f)
Invoice related Responsibilities - Tracking, reviewing, approving, and verifying purchase orders & invoices, verifying tax information, responding to team's queries, Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges

g)
MIS Report: Preparation of monthly Reconciliation and MIS Reports of receivables and Payables

) TDS FILING, PF AND ESI.
