  • Reporting to the Revenue Accounting Manager and be responsible for monthly revenue accounting and revenue reconciliations in a dynamic, fastpaced, and nontraditional environment.
  • Will assist on process improvements and SOX compliance in those areas.
  • In addition, will be participating in the quarterly reviews and annual audit with our external auditors.
  • Will also be involved in the 10Q & 10K reporting process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Participate in revenue and accounts receivable close including working with Sales Operations and Revenue Recognition groups.
  • Assist in monthly revenue reporting and accounts receivable reserve analysis and accounting.
  • Participate in the quarterly revenue reviews and annual audit with international operations and the external auditors.
  • Comply with Corporate Finance policies and proper execution of controls laid out in the SOX documents in the responsible areas.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:


  • 5+ years of relevant work experience preferably in high tech industry.
  • Good technical accounting skills with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Team player able to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Oracle or Workday Financials experience, a plus.
