Location:

KRAs:

- develop and review design prototypes, perform test and finalize product design to facilitate mass production
- analyze new components, materials and technologies to evaluate functionality for all new product development
- coordinate with multidisciplinary product launch teams to facilitate product launch as per research findings and in appropriate market
- analyze product cost and prepare schedule plans for effective implementation of projects. Provide backup services by advising and develop innovative ideas, concepts and methods for the same
- administer progress of assigned projects to major stakeholders. Document records for all project proposal and associated activities
- be responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition to this, playing a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors will be an indispensable KRA
- look at frightening amounts of data and make sense of it
- utilize data to optimize day to day operations

Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Engineer to join our team.

As a Supply Chain Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity, so you should:

- have min. 1-3 years of relevant exp. working as a Supply Chain Engineer and handling vendors directly day-in and day-out
- have in-depth knowledge of supply chain engineering operations and best practices -have sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- be a critical thinker and have problem-solving skills
- be a team player, have good time-management, interpersonal and communication skills -have a high performance multitasking entrepreneurial mindset aka ENTHU
- have an undying inclination towards automating everything
- dream about revolutionizing Suppy Chain, like even optimizing your grocery buying trips -not be able to sleep if you have an unsolved problem at hand
- have good command over your helping hands like : MS Excel and/or Gsheets

Qualifications:

- must be a B.Tech. (in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) graduate
