    Description

    Role Definition

    An HR Assistant, or Junior Human Resources Associate, is responsible for providing administrative support to other HR professionals by documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications.

    Responsibility Deliverable

    1. Making the project schedule list( including timeline of stages). Delivering projects to the operational team and follow up.
    2. Keeping track of employee task sheets.
    3. Making salary of all team members as per leaves , half days, coming late to office.
    4. Client meeting schedule
    5. Maintain office visits record
    6. Meeting data record
    7. Hiring

    Tasks & Activitie

    Making the project schedule list( including timeline of stages). Delivering project to the operational team and follow up.

    1.Taking list of ongoing and new projects from directors, giving them to appropriate team member

    2 .Maintaining the record of drawing & concepts delivery dates and follow ups (for this ask the team member to prepare complete drawing list as per scope of work)

    3. Check whether the above mentioned work is going as per schedule or not. And report it to directors by both face to face and whatsapp (weakly reporting)

    Keeping track of employee task sheets

    1.Making the employee task sheet for a 15 days task.

    2.Update a 15 day task on an employee task sheet.

    3.Keeping a record that an employee does not repeat a single task twice in a week.

    Making salary of all team members as per leaves , half days, coming late to office, travel allowance etc

    1. Taking written applications from team members for sanctioning of leave prior 1 week at least.

    2. Mention half day of team members as per records provided by bio-metric attendance machine

    3. Mark 2 day leave for unsanctioned leaves

    4. Calculate travel allowance as per given schedule

    Client meeting schedule

    1. Write down the meeting or site visit schedule in trackers that are informed verbally or on whats app group or telephonically by directors

    2. Send alerts and schedule of meetings on mobile calendar

    3. Maintain the record of key-come out of meeting

    4. Maintain the record of key come out of office visit on trackers

    Maintain office visits record

    1.Keeping the record of office visitors.

    Meeting data record

    1.Schedule strategic and tactical office meetings.

    2.Update the data of the meeting on the respective meeting sheet.

    3.Delivering the task given in a meeting to respective team members or to individual employees.

    Hiring

    1.Maintain the hiring sheet by uploading the data of the candidate.

    2.Schedule interview of candidate.

    3.Issuing offer letter and joining letter to the candidate.

    4.Maintaining employee register.
