About the Role
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by ensuring that all operational side of work (Processing POs, Submitting Time & Action plan to customers, etc.) of the sales team are accurately completed and processed in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, quotes, and orders.
- Coordinate with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth delivery of services and products to customers.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to assist in decisionmaking by the sales team.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on sales operations activities.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales operations processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a sales operations or administrative support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Google Suite, particularly Sheets and Slides.
- Experience working with software, SAP, HubSpot, is great.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other departments and crossfunctional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports.
Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
