About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by ensuring that all operational side of work (Processing POs, Submitting Time & Action plan to customers, etc.) of the sales team are accurately completed and processed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, quotes, and orders.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth delivery of services and products to customers.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting to assist in decisionmaking by the sales team.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on sales operations activities.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales operations processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a sales operations or administrative support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, particularly Sheets and Slides.
  • Experience working with software, SAP, HubSpot, is great.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other departments and crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports.

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
