Description
As a Student Counselor with additional responsibilities for office administration at Profiscal Academy, you have a multifaceted role that combines student engagement and administrative tasks.
Here's an overview of your duties:

Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
- Follow up persistently to maintain engagement and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Consultative Selling:
- Understand the needs and goals of each lead and demonstrate how our courses can meet their aspirations.
- Tailor communication to highlight the benefits and features of our programs.
Admissions Conversion:
- Provide support and guidance to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Office Administration:
- Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining student records, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions using CRM software or other database systems.
- Generate reports on lead conversion rates, enrollment trends, and other relevant metrics.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to leads, enrolled students, and visitors to the academy.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with academic advisors and faculty members to ensure seamless communication and support for students.
Pay:
₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month
