Overview

This role will be critical for supporting execution of all L&D and Talent related interventions in HBS and on need basis support other GBS sites as well.

This role will play an important role with data analysis & preparing dashboard to produce critical data insights for continuous improvements at GBS.

This role requires 'strong attention to details' and will need to work with various stakeholders in HBS and manage end to end logistics and program coordination in close collaboration with TMOD Leads and Local site stakeholders.

A few elements in this role will evolve over a period as the learning & talent strategy for GBS gets defined.

Responsibilities
Be part of a team servicing Learning & Development services.

Learning Program Administration Support
Partner with Program Manager in supporting predeployment activities
Program Deployment Support
Post Program Support

Qualifications

Strong execution skills (L&D)

- ~5+ years' experience in L&D

Attention to details
Experience with coordinating execution of largescale L&D programs, vendor evaluation & effectiveness measurement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player
Advance Excel & Power point Skills
Agility; can adapt well to changing requirements
