Guest Relations Executive at Le Pondy Beach Resort

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for guests in a luxurious beachfront setting? Le Pondy Beach Resort is looking for a dedicated and personable Guest Relations Executive to join our team.

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the face of our resort, responsible for ensuring exceptional service and personalized attention to all our guests.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Guest Interaction:

• Warmly welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth checkin process.
• Providing personalized recommendations and information about resort facilities, activities, and local attractions.
• Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.

Relationship Building:

• Developing strong relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience.
• Anticipating guests' needs and preferences to provide proactive service.

Special Services:

• Coordinating special requests such as room decorations, special occasions, or transportation arrangements.
• Assisting with reservations for dining, spa, and recreational activities.

Issue Resolution:

• Addressing and resolving guest concerns or issues effectively and efficiently.
• Following up with guests to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding matters.

Quality Assurance:

• Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements based on suggestions and comments.

Team Collaboration:

• Liaising with other departments such as housekeeping, front office, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Collaborating with the concierge team to provide comprehensive guest services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in a guestfacing role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Problemsolving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of local attractions and activities preferred.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
