    Job Title: HR InternEngineering MentorshipProgramCompanyOverview:DazzWrito is aninnovative startup dedicated to mentoring and guiding collegestudents pursuing engineering degrees. Ourmentorship program aims to bridge the gap between academic learningand practical application equipping students with the skills andknowledge they need to excel in theircareers.PositionOverview:We are seeking apassionate and motivated HR Intern to join our team and assist inthe coordination and execution of our Engineering MentorshipProgram. As an HR Intern you will play a crucial role in recruitingonboarding and supporting both mentors and mentees throughout theirjourney in the program. You will have the opportunity to workclosely with students industry professionals and the HR team toensure the success of the mentorshipprogram.KeyResponsibilities:
    • Collaboratewith the HR team to develop recruitment strategies to attractqualified mentors and mentees from engineeringbackgrounds.
    • Assist in the screening andselection process of mentors ensuring they meet the programsrequirements and objectives.
    • Coordinate theonboarding process for mentors and mentees including orientationsessions and training workshops.
    • Provideongoing support to mentors and mentees addressing any concerns orchallenges they may encounter during theprogram.
    • Organize and facilitate networkingevents workshops and guest speaker sessions to enhance thementorship experience.
    • Maintain accuraterecords of mentorship activities progress reports and feedback toevaluate the effectiveness of theprogram.
    • Assist in developing marketingmaterials and communication channels to promote the mentorshipprogram to college students and engineeringprofessionals.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to identify opportunities for program improvement andinnovation.
    Qualifications:
    • Currentlypursuing a degree in Human Resources Management BusinessAdministration or related field.
    • Stronginterest in talent development mentorship and fosteringprofessional growth.
    • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diversegroups of individuals.
    • Detailoriented withstrong organizational and time managementskills.
    • Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fastpaced startupenvironment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite and familiarity with HR software is aplus.
