The TalentAcquisition Specialist Intern will work closely with our HR team tosupport various aspects of the recruitment process from sourcingand screening candidates to assisting with interview coordinationand onboarding activities. This is an excellent opportunity forsomeone looking to develop their skills in recruitment and make ameaningful impact within a dynamicorganization.KeyResponsibilities:

Assistin sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through variouschannels including job boards social media networking events anduniversity partnerships.
Screen resumes andapplications to identify potential candidates that meet therequired qualifications andcriteria.
Coordinate and schedule interviewswith candidates and hiring managers ensuring a seamless andpositive experience for all partiesinvolved.
Participate in interview panels andprovide feedback to help evaluate candidates suitability forspecific roles.
Conduct reference checks andbackground screenings as part of the preemployment verificationprocess.
Assist with drafting job descriptionsjob postings and other recruitmentrelated materials to attract toptalent.
Maintain accurate and uptodate recordsin the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HRdatabases.
Support HR team with variousadministrative tasks and projects asneeded.

Qualifications:

Currentlypursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration orrelated field.
Strong interest in talentacquisition and HR practices with a desire to learn and grow in thefield.
Excellent communication skills bothwritten and verbal with the ability to interact professionally withcandidates and team members.
Highly organizedwith strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multipletasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiaritywith applicant tracking systems (ATS) is aplus.
Proactive and selfmotivated with apositive attitude and willingness to take on newchallenges.

Durationand Compensation:

Thisis a parttime/fulltime internship position with an expectedduration of length of internship.
Compensation:Specify if applicable such as stipend hourly rate or unpaidinternship with potential for coursecredit.
