Description
Manage all A/R and A/P functions including taking and making payments.

  • Handle all customer billing (recurring billing and all professional services billing).
  • Process invoices in TMS accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Send out invoices according to the invoice date.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success team for any contract.
  • Completes required adjustments and credit notes after full investigation and approval.
  • Update and report on receivables to the finance manager.
  • Coordinate payment review with manager on a biweekly basis prior to due date.
  • Assist with the initial expense report review.
  • Assist with monthly credit card reconciliations and ensure all receipts are submitted in a timely manner.

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
