Description
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features- Prepare and send invoices
- Prepare onboarding document & coordinate with sales teams
- Request additional documentation when needed, communicate with banks and processors, and conduct any further required investigations.
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Process incoming/outgoing transfers against approved supporting documentation.
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Resolve all customer queries and follow established problem case recording procedures as appropriate.
- Execute and manage an organization Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Assisting and coordinating with the accounts & audit team.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Maintain and update company databases.
Pay:
₹20, ₹32,000.30 per month
