    Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month

    CureAble is a child development & therapy organization operating across home-based services and multi-location centres in Delhi-NCR. We work with neurodivergent children and special needs families through structured therapy programs, schools, hospitals, and community partnerships.

    We are building CureAble as a long-term institution — not a short-term startup.

    About the Role

    This is not a traditional "digital marketing" role.

    This is an ownership role.

    The Growth Operations Lead will be responsible for end-to-end growth execution across:


    • Performance marketing


    • Local marketing & GMB


    • Partnerships (schools, hospitals, NGOs)


    • Funnel optimization


    • Agency management


    • Revenue coordination with counselling & sales teams

    You will operate at the intersection of marketing, growth, partnerships, and revenue systems.

    You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team.

    This role is NOT for:


    • Freshers


    • Pure social media managers


    • Designers


    • Content creators only


    • People who only "execute tasks"

    You are a strong fit if:


    • You have scaled a B2C or service business before


    • You understand funnels, CPL, CAC, conversion rates


    • You can manage agencies and internal teams


    • You are comfortable owning numbers

    Key Responsibilities1. Growth Strategy & Ownership
    • Own CureAble's growth roadmap across centers and home services
    • Translate business goals into execution plans
    • Build quarterly and monthly growth plans
    • Track outcomes and continuously optimize
    2. Performance Marketing Ownership
    • Own Google Ads & Meta Ads strategy
    • Work with performance agencies (Digidzn etc.)
    • Monitor CPL, CAC, lead quality, conversion to admission
    • Design landing page & funnel improvements

    Align ad strategy with counselling & sales teams

    3. Local Growth & GMB
    • Own Google My Business for all centers
    • Improve rankings, reviews, content & geo visibility
    • Drive "near me" discovery
    • Hyper-local marketing execution
    4. Partnerships & Offline Growth
    • Build school partnerships
    • Hospital collaborations
    • NGO & community partnerships
    • Design collaboration models
    • Execute camps, events, parent programs
    • Track ROI from offline initiatives
    5. Agency & Vendor Management
    • Manage social media agency
    • Manage performance agency
    • Manage SEO freelancers
    • Review deliverables
    • Ensure timelines, quality, and accountability
    6. Marketing Operations & Automation
    • WhatsApp Business API
    • Meta Business Suite
    • CRM alignment
    • Lead flow design
    • Follow-up systems
    • Sales coordination
    7. Data, Reporting & Systems
    • Weekly performance dashboards
    • Monthly growth reports
    • Funnel analytics
    • Lead quality tracking
    • SOP documentation
    Requirements
    • 3–7 years experience in growth / performance / marketing ops
    • Experience in B2C or service businesses (mandatory)
    • Hands-on with Google Ads & Meta Ads
    • Experience working with agencies
    • Comfortable with numbers & reporting
    • Healthcare / education experience is a plus
    • Strong execution mindset
