Job Description:
⦁ should be able to initiate sales with potential customers
⦁ should be able to convince the customer to purchase the company's offerings.
⦁ should be able to communicate clients' feedback for the organization's improvement.
⦁ Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
⦁ Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions in a timely manner.
⦁ Noting important conversation details.
⦁ Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to the sales team for closing.
⦁ Attending regular team meetings
⦁ Be respectful in each customer conversation.
⦁ ability to reason with customers as to why your company's product should be purchased.
⦁ rigorous and constant follow-up with the clients/ customers.


Job Requirements:
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent.
⦁ Prior experience as a telecaller or similar
⦁ Computer literate.
⦁ Ability to switch your communication style as per requirement.
⦁ interpersonal, research, sales, and record-keeping skills.
⦁ Excellent communication skills
⦁ ability to handle rejection and work pressure.


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kandivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra, Mumbai , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
