Experience -
2 to 5 years experience in
Powder Coating / Paint Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading a team of powder coating operatives.
Ensure products are completed and ready for dispatch on time.
Ensure products meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate and appropriate production records and reports as implemented by the appropriate site department managers.
Manage production schedules.
Compliance with Health & Safety Standards.
Work to set production targets and have responsibility of updating production records daily.
Diploma in
Chemical/Polymer/Paint Technology:
Demonstrable Experience in
powder coating/paint manufacturing:
Management/ Supervisor qualification or experience
Ability to work to multiple deadlines and priorities workload effectively
Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
