Hi,

Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters in the allocated geography,

Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like, College Campus, Government Skill Development Agencies, Employment, Exchanges etc.

Manage all recruitment related compliances including Background, Verification, Negotiation Audit responses,

Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline,

Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure, completion within SLA,

Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at, Respective Area,


Skills and Competencies:

Negotiation skills,

Effective problem solving and analytical skills,

Communication skills (written & verbal),

Effective presentation skills,

Stakeholder management,

Business acumen,

Strong interpersonal communication skills


Educational Qualification:
Any UG Degree


Shift Schedule:
Day Shift


Job Location:
Madipakkam (Chennai)


Working Schedule: 6 days (Sunday's Off)


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹350, ₹400,000.00 per year
