Description

• Making outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in immigration services or have inquired about our offerings.
• Explaining the immigration procedures, visa requirements, and other relevant information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Answering incoming calls from clients, addressing their queries, and providing assistance as needed.
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, including details of inquiries, follow-up actions, and any relevant information.
• Following up with clients to ensure they have submitted all required documents and assisting them with any additional support they may need.
• Collaborating with other team members, including immigration consultants and administrative staff, to streamline processes and provide excellent service to clients.
• Keeping abreast of updates and changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
• Adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines in handling client information and sensitive documents.
• Meeting daily and weekly targets for call volumes, conversions, and client satisfaction metrics.

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional proficiency in other languages is a plus).
• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of immigration procedures and regulations is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
