Job Responsibility:

_

- _Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of sales functions and processes._
- _Achieving stretched targets and managing sales in a result-focused environment._
- _Making effective sales presentations and closing deals._
- _Resolving team and member/ customer conflicts._
- _Maintaining strong client relationships and high level of customer service._
- _Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities._
- _Constantly liaising with other departments for smooth functioning._
- _Maintaining own awareness of product in order to sell effectively._
- _Training, motivating and coaching small teams of sales executives._

- _Able to balance between task and people orientation._
- _Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure._
- _Should possess sound knowledge about the local market and local language._
- _Possess strong communication skills._

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
