- Performance reviews, Leadership reporting on Performance analytics
- Support implementation and administration of HRMS Portal.
- Process configuration, automation, workflows, and reporting
- Data integrity, system governance, and optimization
- Support recruitment team in Pre-HR screening reviews, Candidate evaluation governance, Offer validation and compliance, Hiring quality controls and documentation standards.

- 10–14 years of corporate HR experience
- Mandatory experience in IT / IT Services / Managed Services / Technology companies
- Prior experience handling end-to-end HR operations independently
