Job Location - Nashik Department - Purchase
Age - 22 to 30 Years Salary Range - 1.5 to 2 lacs per annuam
Division - Metal & Plastic Reporting To - Purchase Head/MD
Internal Customers - Production, Stores, HR, Accounts, etc.
External Customers - Suppliers, Vendors, etc
Job Requirements

Qualification:
Engineering Graduate with relevant Purchase Skills
Years of Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Technical Skills:
Good in MS Office-Excel, Tally, ERP

Behavioral Skills:
Positive Attitude, Good Negotiation Skills, Good written & Verbal
Communications. Hard Working.

Key Responsibilities:

Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
Negotiate lower pricing
Search and source potential suppliers and vendors
Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
Maintain a database of approved suppliers
Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure

all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations.

Supplier audits as and when necessary.
