Description

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, understanding their needs, and offering design suggestions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by following up on their inquiries, providing product information, and offering design advice.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying uptodate with new trends and innovations in the industry.
• Assist clients in selecting products based on their design preferences, budget, and other requirements.
• Create sample boards and provide color consultations to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote our products.
• Assist with organizing and executing events, such as product launches and design seminars.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures and social media content, to promote our products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and other relevant information.
• Provide exceptional aftersales service by following up with clients and resolving any issues they may have.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in interior design and/or sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing techniques.
• Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Availability to work on weekends and extended hours, as required by the business.
