Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with marketing team and organization's stakeholders to gather requirements, make recommendations, and execute design for a variety of mediums, including but not limited to:
  • Manage the translation process from quotation through to typesetting and delivery of finished 'approved/proofread' material.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand.
  • Always looking at industry trends to develop innovative ideas and ensure we are at the forefront of design.
  • Supporting operations in the creation of employee and product handbooks.
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements.
  • Schedule projects and manage the delivery to meet deadlines.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
  • Develop illustrations, infographics and other designs using software.
  • Use the appropriate corporate colours, fonts, and layouts for each graphic.
  • Amend designs after feedback.

Requirements for Consideration

  • 2+ years of relevant graphic design experience
  • Experience working at a marketing agency or consulting is a strong plus
  • Highlevel proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

Desired Personal Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Able to interface with members at all levels within the organization.
  • Comfortable collaborating with team members in remote/distributed locations globally
  • Proven graphic designing experience.
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
