Key Responsibilities

Work closely with marketing team and organization's stakeholders to gather requirements, make recommendations, and execute design for a variety of mediums, including but not limited to:
Manage the translation process from quotation through to typesetting and delivery of finished 'approved/proofread' material.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand.
Always looking at industry trends to develop innovative ideas and ensure we are at the forefront of design.
Supporting operations in the creation of employee and product handbooks.
Study design briefs and determine requirements.
Schedule projects and manage the delivery to meet deadlines.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
Develop illustrations, infographics and other designs using software.
Use the appropriate corporate colours, fonts, and layouts for each graphic.
Amend designs after feedback.

Requirements for Consideration

2+ years of relevant graphic design experience
Experience working at a marketing agency or consulting is a strong plus
Highlevel proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

Desired Personal Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Able to interface with members at all levels within the organization.
Comfortable collaborating with team members in remote/distributed locations globally
Proven graphic designing experience.
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
