Position Overview:

Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by contributing to both sales and marketing initiatives, focusing on promoting our comprehensive range of IT services and products.

Marketing expertise to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and strengthen our market presence in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, online research, and attending industry events.

Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

New Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calls, networking, and attending industry events to expand the client base.

Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase products/services' features and benefits, effectively addressing client pain points and needs.

Sales Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals, in CRM systems. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and use this information to refine marketing strategies.

Marketing Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals, including online and offline campaigns, content creation, and brand promotion.

Requirements:
