Review of formulation/process details/development summary for better understanding of new products
Review of batch size, equipments and manufacturing area finalized for scale up and exhibit batches
Ensure timely review of master documents related to scale up and exhibit batches
To support smooth execution of scale up and exhibit batches followed by analytical data review
Batch size, equipment and manufacturing area finalization for engineering and process validation batches as per commercial volumes
To ensure smooth execution of engineering and process validation batches followed by analytical data review for timely product launch
Effective coordination with cross function team for logistics, documentation and batch execution for timely product filing/launch
Ensure compliance of cGMP in Formulation development department & Mfg. Locations
Timely selftrainings for effective implementation and adherence to systems & procedures
Investigation and troubleshooting support for resolution of challenges observed during engg./PPQ batches
