Roles & Responsibilities:

Research and conduct site observations to identify the equipment, methods, and personnel needed for effective processes.
Examine emerging business best practices and technological developments that can help to automate and streamline processes to help businesses perform more efficiently.
Gather information through process mapping, flowcharting, and workshops. This information can then be used to develop better process engineering.

Meet with different stake holders/ departments/ clients to determine the business goals that clients want to achieve and work towards,:

Retrieving legacy data archives, remodeling and migrating the same from older structure to newer structure based on source environments
:

Create reports and presentations utilizing qualitative analysis regarding companies, markets, and industry trends.
Prepare reports in support of monthly/quarterly business review meetings for senior management.
Conducting meetings with different stakeholders and participants in various parts of operational processes, analyze the information received.
Communicate with project controllers, project managers, cost centre owners and accounting personnel to ensure that business operations are closely monitored and potential risks are mitigated.
Responsible for analyzing actual results against budget and/or forecast and communicating variances to senior management.
Analyze and review monthly results and ensure any identified errors are corrected timely.
They gather data, analyze, and make recommendations to meet project objectives, prepare client presentations.

Their primary goal is to assess business requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements:

Integrate and centralize various data reforming on to a single platform and build a production environment to access the same. (Power Platform used as integration tool)

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Experience in authoring user stories, business, and data flows.

Experience in generating different reports based on the requirement with graphical chart:

-
Power Platform compliance. Majorly experience Power Apps as a design interface and Power Automate for process flows
