QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5+ years' experience in character modelling and texturing (Human Anatomy).
Expert knowledge of 3DsMax/ Maya.
Expert knowledge of Photoshop and Substance.
Expert knowledge of ZBrush.
Strong understanding of UV coordinate space and texturing.
Ideal portfolio should consist of highly detailed character models (humans & creatures) with realistic textures.
Strong understanding of human anatomy.
Experience in working with skin texturing.
Knowledge of 3D effects such as Particles, fluids, collision dynamics and compositing is an added advantage. (3ds Max Fluids/ PheonixFD/ Realflow,etc.)
Experience with Marvellous Designer is an added advantage

ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in creating highly photorealistic 3D models and textures in accordance with the art direction, production deadlines and technical specifications
Support the Art Director and Concept Artists to develop look and feel of assets.
Strong understanding of human anatomy, clothing construction (wrinkle behavior), proportion, silhouette, and topology, and how it relates to rendering and deformation.
Strong understanding of a broad mix of characterrelated disciplines such as modelling, texturing, shading, rigging and binding, animation, facial animation, and blend shapes.
Should be able to follow design reference accurately to create 3D models.
Should have a strong sense of scale, form, weight and volume.
Assist in creating efficient and clean models with proper UV layout.
Uses artistic and technical skills to work on all aspects of CG images or shots
Assist diligently a cohesive team of 3d artists within the full CG team.
Perpetually follow the standards for files, file types and folder structures followed by the CG team.
Should have the ability to quality check their own output as per the standards
Be able to execute to the needs of the development teams, creative teams and project management teams.
Researches and makes opportunities to learn new technologies and implement required efficient changes to workflow.
Strong time management and organizational skills and an ability to prioritize work.
Understands the principles and practices of physically based workflows and texturing.
