Position Overview:

As a
Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in translating ideas, concepts, and strategies into visually compelling designs.

You will work closely with our marketing, branding, and creative teams to create high-quality graphics for both print and digital mediums.

From concept development to final execution, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to our overall visual identity.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
Develop and design visually appealing graphics for various marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, website elements, and other promotional materials.
Create engaging and impactful designs that effectively communicate key messages and reflect our brand identity.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and visual standards across all platforms.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies, and implement them to enhance our design capabilities.
Work closely with the team to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for design projects and campaigns.
Collaborate with printers, photographers, and other vendors to ensure highquality production of printed materials.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Review and provide feedback on design projects to maintain the highest quality standards.
Maintain organized files and records of design assets, ensuring easy accessibility for future reference and updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Proficiency in industrystandard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Strong creative thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and understand project requirements.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with digital design and marketing trends, including social media and web design.
Knowledge of printing processes and specifications for various print mediums.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
