Address client questions, concerns, and inquiries during property visits.- Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, and local developments to provide accurate and uptodate information to clients.
- Share insights on investment opportunities, potential returns, and market conditions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential buyers, demonstrating a commitment to their property search journey.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of clients from presales to the sales stage.
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation for property purchases.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain open lines of communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to qualify leads, update CRM systems, and track lead progress through the sales pipeline.
Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Shift:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
