- Identify and target potential customerswithin the EV manufacturing industry including OEMs Tier 1suppliers and system integrators.
- Build andmaintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers andinfluencers within target accounts understanding their needs andrequirements.
- Collaborate with internaltechnical teams to provide customers with technical support productdemonstrations and customized solutions to meet their specificrequirements.
- Conduct product presentationstechnical seminars and workshops to educate customers on ourelectric vehicle components and theirapplications.
- Prepare and deliver salesproposals quotations and contracts in collaboration with the salesteam ensuring accuracy and alignment with customerneeds.
- Manage the sales pipeline trackopportunities and provide regular updates to sales management onsales forecasts market trends and competitiveactivity.
- Negotiate pricing terms and contractswith customers to maximize profitability while ensuring customersatisfaction and longterm relationships.
- Staycurrent with industry trends market dynamics and competitivelandscape in the electric vehicle components market providinginsights and recommendations to sales and marketingteams.
- Represent the company at industry tradeshows conferences and events to promote our products network withpotential customers and generateleads.
- Bachelorsdegree in engineering business or related field. Technical degreepreferred.
- Proven experience in technical salesor sales engineering roles preferably in the automotive or electricvehicle industry.
- Strong technical backgroundin electric vehicle components and systems including familiaritywith electric motors battery systems power electronics and charginginfrastructure.
- Excellent communication andpresentation skills with the ability to articulate technicalconcepts and solutions to both technical and nontechnicalaudiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build andmaintain relationships with customers understand their needs andidentify opportunities for businessgrowth.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with atrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and drivingrevenue growth.
- Strong negotiation andpersuasion skills with the ability to influence decisionmakers andclose sales opportunities.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a collaborative team with acustomercentric mindset and a focus on delivering exceptionalservice.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g.Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint).
