Telecalling:

The telecaller part of the role involves reaching out to potential customers and generating leads for the travel agency.

The telecaller must be able to effectively communicate the benefits of the travel packages offered by the agency and convince the potential customer to book a trip.

Social Media Handling:
The social media handler part of the role involves managing the social media accounts of the travel agency.

This includes creating engaging social media posts, responding to comments and inquiries, managing social media advertising campaigns, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms.

The social media handler must be able to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience and helps promote the travel agency's packages.

In summary, the Telecaller cum Social Media Handler for a travel agency is responsible for generating leads through telecalling and managing the social media presence of the travel agency.

This job requires excellent communication skills, the ability to persuade customers to book travel packages, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.

The individual must also be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve goals set by the travel agency.
