Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to SMBs to introduce our products/services, provide assistance, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide relevant product/service solutions and resolve any queries or issues.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and support tickets in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to strategize and optimize sales and support processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in SMB sales and customer support.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales/support tools.
  • Positive attitude, selfmotivated, and targetdriven.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹50, ₹250,000.00 per year
