    Description

    Job Description:

    Specialist in Scan Stuck-at and At-speed methods for semiconductor testing, with proficiency in various tools and techniques:

    • Comprehensive understanding of SCAN stuckat and atspeed methods
    • Skilled in utilizing Mentor Graphics EDT logic
    • Familiarity with On-chip Clock Controller (OCC)
    • Pattern creation using Mentor Graphics TestKompress Tool
    • Sound knowledge of BSCAN and MBIST Operations
    • Expertise in working with Synopsys SMS tool sets (Integrator, Builder, Yield Accelerator)
    • Proven track record in pattern simulation and coverage analysis, preferably with Cadence NCSim simulator
    • Crafting test benches (Verilog, SystemVerilog) and tests for various components such as PLL, ADC, etc., to generate ATE vectors
    • Experienced in DFT Flow, ATPG, Scan, BIST, and Mentor TestKompress
    • Proficient with Mentor's tool sets
    • Understanding of scan, MBIST, JTAG concepts, and 3rd party tools
    • Creation, debugging, and validation of DFT features on ATE through tester program development
