We have opening for Purchase Executive for a leading corporate for their e-commerce and coporate opffices section in Thrissur:
Maintain records of goods ordered and received.

Locate vendors of materials or supplies and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sale.

Verify and track received inventory, and complete inventory reports and logs.

Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.

Analyse the market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.

Work with suppliers to resolve discrepancies between invoices and actual merchandise.

Implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.

Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.

Resolve vendor grievances and claims.

Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.

Direct and coordinate activities of buying and distributing materials, equipment, and supplies.


Native of Thrissur only required.

Salary:
₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
