Performance Marketer (1-2 Years Experience)
**Location

  • Pune (WFO)**
    Responsibilities:
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copy.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement optimization strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives and targeting parameters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 12 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with ad optimization techniques and audience targeting.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changes.

Salary:
Up to ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
