Role & Responsibilities:


Market Intelligence (supporting role in Scheme, Pricing)

  • Close monitoring and Gathering Market intelligence data
  • Competition Price/schemes from market
  • Analysing the data and preparing MPR via backward scheme calculations
  • Marketing/pricing support to OEM Customers and VELVEX
  • Price and product positioning for OEM Customer and VELVEX
  • Customer advisory report: Every quarter / on need basis to support key accounts to drive their marketing strategies
  • MPR
  • Data management of various scheme
  • Asst. Marketing manager in various aspects of schemes

Pricing

  • New Product Price Requests
  • Timely MRP Updating in SAP and Informing same to Plant for smooth operations
  • Interdepartmental coordination regarding price updating in systems (IT &Plant Team)

Coupons Management

  • Timely coupon Updating of OEM & VELVEX products in SAP and Informing same to Plant for smooth operations
  • Coordination with plant/IT team/SCM team/design team for coupon design/updating at various level
  • Coupon implementation at Operational Level

MIS

  • MRCM custodian
  • Product Mix performance
  • Close monitoring of moving and nonmoving SKU
  • Close coordination with Quality and SCM team regarding packaging and various things and maintaining MIS related to same

NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT/Re-Branding of Products

  • Custodian of New Product development for OEM, single point of contact
  • Understanding the customer demand and preparation of Base for Information form
  • Close coordination with customer and CFT for better implementation and launch of New
Product

  • BFI & ECN Creation and Management Prior initiation changes
  • New Label artwork/Rebranding development
  • Close Coordination with designing team for label and other designing related parts
  • Creation of Business cases for New product

Key Interface:

Sales team, Channel Partners, IT, Plant, Purchase


Key attributes:


  • Sound knowledge of trade and channel sales
- knowledge of Lubricant Industry

  • Fair knowledge of competitor activities in pricing, schemes and field events
  • Grip on Excel, PPT making and data analysis.
  • Negotiation skill
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Team player with leadership skill
  • Understanding of Brand promotion

MBA Marketing

Exp - 5 + years

Salary:
₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
