Education Counselor
We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Education Counselor to join our team.

As an Education Counselor, you will play a vital role in guiding students and parents through the education planning process, providing them with information and support to make informed decisions about their academic and career paths.

Responsibilities:

Student Advising: Meet with students and parents to discuss academic goals, interests, and concerns. Provide personalized guidance and support to help them explore educational options and make informed decisions.

Educational Planning: Assist students in developing personalized academic plans based on their interests, strengths, and career aspirations. Help them navigate course selection, extracurricular activities, and other opportunities to enhance their educational experience.

Standardized Testing Support: Guide students in preparing for standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, GRE, or TOEFL. Offer tips and strategies for test-taking and provide resources for practice exams and study materials.

Crisis Intervention: Provide support and counseling to students experiencing academic, personal, or emotional challenges. Refer students to appropriate resources, such as counseling services or academic support programs, as needed.

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions, including academic plans, progress reports, and counseling sessions. Ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations.

Community Outreach: Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and community organizations to promote educational initiatives and resources. Participate in outreach events, workshops, and presentations to engage students and families.

Professional Development: Stay informed about current trends and developments in education, counseling, and career advising. Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Pay:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
