Description
Perform basic office errands such as delivering documents, packages, and supplies to various departments.- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for meetings and events.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and cleaning supplies.
- Support administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
- Respond promptly to staff requests for assistance and provide general support as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge
- License in two and fourwheelers
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
