Description
Perform basic office errands such as delivering documents, packages, and supplies to various departments.

  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for meetings and events.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and cleaning supplies.
  • Support administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Respond promptly to staff requests for assistance and provide general support as required.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • License in two and fourwheelers

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)


License/Certification:

  • 2 Wheeler Licence (preferred)
