Full Time (Work from Office)
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Supporting teacher onboarding process
- Support operations of daytoday live online classes
- Oversee existing class quality and improve controls
- Basic social media management
Skill(s) required:
- Operational skills
- Interpersonal skills Ability to manage relationships across diverse situations and raise the service levels
- Agile in responding to queries
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing incl making posters
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
