Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing team.
You will spearhead lead generation, engage potential clients, and facilitate sales closure through adept negotiations. The position requires a minimum of one year experience in non-tech sales, and strong communication and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership development for sales and to broaden Svadhin's presence and impact work
- Managing and updating the company's Leads Dashboard
- Meeting potential clients and presenting proposals
- Closing sales deals through effective negotiations
- Conducting field/groundwork as necessary to engage with clients and prospects
- Providing necessary assistance to ensure seamless sales processes
- Responsible for weekly updates and presentations for the weekly meetings
- Participate and develop sales strategy along with the founders
- Offering general administrative support to the Sales team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A graduate degree and at least one year of experience in a non-tech sales role is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Customer service experience is advantageous
