Job location:

Qualification:


  • Diploma Textile or B.Tech/B.E.
  • Textile Tech.

Essential skills and competences:


  • The job involves working in Shifts
  • Responsible for production & productivity of his Shift
  • Experience in working on Airjet looms
  • Toyota 340, Delta, Omini plus, Sumam, Toyoto
  • Knowledge of Warping will be an added advantage.
  • Should be ready to learn other desired process / operation as a part of multiskilling activity.
  • Hands on experience on working on excel spread sheet will be preferred.
  • Maintenance coordination for the brand new Airjet Looms.

Key Skills :
picanol, rapier, weaving, têxtile engineering.

  • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in weaving cloth:
  • Prepares and issues instructions to drawing-in department, indicating harness size, number of harnesses required, type of heddles, number of warps ends per inch, and sequence in which warp ends are to be drawn through harness and reed.
  • Prepares loom change instructions indicating changes in loom shedding, picking, beatingup, warp let off, and cloth take up motions according to weaving design.
  • Scans cloth during weaving for defects in yarn, design, and loom setup.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
